These extracts of Lead Mining Bargains have been kindly supplied by John Stark. He has transcribed those bargains that relate to his family history research. This is not a full extract from the bargain book, but it does provide an indication of the information available. To see Johns family history research click here, for the original extracts from the bargain books click here.

When indexing the names mentioned in the Bargains we have 'standardised' the spelling of the names - this was to aid in eliminating obvious duplicates. The spelling as shown in the detail of the actual bargain remains as transcribed.
