The deceased was standing between two empty waggons, attending to the small coal hopper from which coals were being elevated to the washer. Another workman in bringing a full waggon along lost control over it, with the result that it joined up against the first empty waggon, and crushed deceased against the second one [Inspection made & inquest attended]
