the horse under deceased's charge was drawing a waggon into a coal shed when deceased tripped and fell, causing also another driver who was with him to fall, each man had his left leg broken by the waggon passing over it ; blood poisoning supervened in deceased's case ; he was taken to Newcastle Infirmary on 7th June, and his leg amputated, but he died five days after the operation
